Structural Maintenance Mechanic

This position is responsible for general maintenance of facilities to include carpentry, drywall work and sign fabrication and installation, performing preventive maintenance and other similar duties as assigned.

Journeyman Interior Electrician

This position is responsible for general maintenance of interior electrical systems, voltages range from 120v to 480v. Work may include troubleshooting circuits, replacing parts and laying out and installing new service to the end user, performing preventive maintenance and other similar duties as assigned.

 

Journeyman Exterior Electrician

This position is responsible for general maintenance of our electrical distribution system from Power substations and lighting, voltages range from 120v to 34,500v. Work may include troubleshooting feeder circuits, removing and replacing feeder cables, servicing transformers, servicing exterior lighting systems, performing preventive maintenance and other similar duties as assigned.

 

Journeyman Plumber

This position is responsible for general maintenance of our plumbing systems to include water distribution, wastewater conveyance, and natural gas distribution. Work may include troubleshooting systems, removing or replacing lines, performing preventive maintenance, and other similar duties as assigned.

Journeyman HVAC Technician

This position is responsible for general maintenance of our HVAC system to include heating, cooling and refrigeration. Work may include troubleshooting system, removing and replacing HVAC units, performing preventive maintenance, and other similar duties as assigned.

Journeyman Painter

This position is responsible for general painting duties including facilities, structures and pavement. Work may include maintenance of existing finishes and markings, removal of existing finishes or markings, or application of new finishes or markings.

Grounds Maintenance Technician

This position is responsible for general maintenance of landscaped grounds to include flower bed maintenance, grass cutting, edging, trimming, fertilizing, de-thatching, light tree maintenance, mulching and other similar duties as assigned.

Trade Helper

Personnel that can provide handy-man services in general maintenance, fabrication, removing feeder cables, removing lines and existing finishers or markings, and providing general landscaped duties.

Electrician Helper

Independently perform elementary electrical work on own and helps electricians perform planned repairs and preventive maintenance on airport electrical systems and equipment in a developmental program partly designed to build skills toward the next step in the career ladder towards intermediate level electrician. Accordingly, receives some individual assignments and on-the-job training, and attends formal classes, to help build electrical knowledge and skills.

Structural Maintenance Mechanic Helper

Assists journeyman carpenters constructing, installing or repairing wood and wood substitute items; general facility maintenance and construction. Clean work areas, machines, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe jobsite. Cut timbers, lumber and/or paneling to specified dimensions. Hold plumb bobs, sighting rods, and other equipment, to aid in establishing reference points and lines. Position and hold timbers, lumber, and paneling in place for fastening or cutting. Majority of work to be performed under the direction of a carpenter.

BPI Manager

Must hold a Building Performance Institute Certification and be able to perform high quality, professional work that will provide a premium, high end solution for property owners energy efficiency needs. Qualified candidates will have the ability to work independently, make intelligent implementation decisions and possess strong communication skills for discussing energy efficiency measures with customers and creating detailed reports.

Instructional Systems Designer or Curriculum Specialist

Designs training programs, including classroom lectures, online courses, and self-study sessions, directed at employees, organization members, or those who use the organization's products or services. Develops and updates course content and coordinates learning curriculum. Conducts assessment and analysis to identify new development needs and recommends training methods accordingly. Maintains in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the related field. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Previous experience with Captivate and Articulate. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
